Seth and I stopped by to check in on the Norris clan one night last week. Myles is even more handsome than I remember him being at the hospital!

I enjoyed getting to hold Myles the whole time we were there, while Seth chased Eli all over the house! Seriously. The boy has more energy than any kid I've ever seen! He's like a little energizer bunny! We hadn't been in the door two minutes before Eli had his helmet on and was handing a baseball bat to Seth to play with.

Eli does have his very sweet moments too though. He kept wanting to put Myles's ballon in the baby's hand! Too cute!

However, the sweet moments don't last too long at once. Immediately he's back to craziness!

Halftime Entertainment

Most famiies probably eat or take a nap during halftime of the Iron Bowl. Not the Phillips family....

...they stand on their porch and shoot pumpkins! I promise we're not rednecks! We just enjoy acting like it! :)

At least Mom and I went inside after ten or fifteen minutes. Seth and Dad were having so much fun they stayed outside and missed the begining of the second half of the game! Silly boys!

Norris Baby #2

So, I know this post is a few weeks late, but......It's a BOY!!! We have a new member of the Bowen side of the family. Myles Ethan Norris was born November 23rd at 11:29 am. He weighed 7 lbs 3 oz, and I want to say he was 18" long. Mommy and baby are doing well, other than being a little tired. :) Here are a few pictures from the hospital.

Myles already has to keep one eye on Eli at all times....you never know what Eli is up to!

I got back later that evening and Seth took me to see them.

He actually held Myles for a while without being forced!

He was amazed at how small Myles's hands were compared to his and made me take a picture. :)


We are very happy to have Myles here and cannot wait to witness all the adventures he and Eli will have in store for the family!

Eli is Two!!!

Can you believe that this little munchkin is two already! We can't! It doesn't seem like all that long ago that he was bouncing himself to sleep in his little swing. Now, he's this huge tornado of excitement whirling all over the place! Here are a few pictures from his birthday party.

Opening Presents!!

The Sit-n-Spin that Seth and I gave him. He was scared to death of this thing all night! Until his daddy made him get on it...then he started to like it, but would ONLY ride with "Bo"...see picture below.

Now, he's starting to love it!
